Very helpful cruise companion. Sometimes my edocs were available, sometimes not, so I printed in case it decided not to work at the ship. Remarkably there's no interactive ship guide on the app or their website, just old PDF-looking maps of the ship. A nice to have would be the ability to manually add items to the built in daily agenda. Another nice to have would be the ability to add dining and excursion reservations to Google and other calendars. But it got the job done and was helpful!

It does not show purchases on the app. Only excursions... I had to call about 2 or 3 times to clarify my packages purchased. Even the reps can't find it.... I finally found it myself under edocs. Which is weird. It states some spa times are not available but when you call, the trip said, "pleat don't go through the app". Even they admitted that it is not reliable.... I really hope when I get on my cruise that things actually go smooth sailing, 🙏

Great app! Easy to see the countdown to your cruise, plus you're able to book excursions, dinner reservations, etc. Plus you get to see sample menus of the restaurants. Once you board the ship, the app changes, and you're able to see onboard activities, restaurant reservations and menus. There's also important and useful information in the app when the ship docks.
